The South Carolina Vital Records And Statistics Integrated Information System (SC VRSIIS) is the vital records registration and issuance software that was developed for the South Carolina Department Of Health And Environmental Control (DHEC) by Genesis Systems, Inc. The modules included are Birth, Death, Fetal Death, Marriage, Divorce, Induced Termination of Pregnancy (ITOP) and Fee & Issuance.
The Bureau of Vital Statistics maintain and operate the only system of statistics throughout the state of South Carolina. Access to vital records is restricted by statute.
